  • Your item will be shipped to you via Australia Post as a Registered Post package. This requires a signature for collection.
  • Please note that if your area is only covered by a Post Office Drop, or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox to enable collection at your local Post Office.
  • We process orders fast with 98% of items dispatched within 1 business day. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
  • We may not be able to deliver to a very few remote areas. Either use a different delivery address or choose the pick up option.

Prearrangements are essential. Collection is available from our NSW warehouse at Seven Hills. Mon-Fri 9am-3pm (excl. public holidays). Payment must be made prior to arrival. No products are on display.
