Herman Kahn, director of the Hudson Institute think-tank, said in an interview in Paris Thursday that the French economy is growing so rapidly that "the momentum of West Germany in no longer a problem." By 1980, he said, France will pass Germany in gross national product and in per capita product. This is a 1961 photo. Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo is dated --1961.
