This mounting is pre-notched for ease of setting.
All mountings are stamped with purity stamp.
Cast in the USA using our Recycled De-ox Premium Metals.

Fits Properly Proportioned faceted gemstones only.
Please measure your stones with digital calipers to avoid unnecessary returns
Any stone, with a variation in size, length or width, greater or less than (.1mm) of the stated size, will not fit into this setting.
Any reference to sizes above are stone sizes not mounting size.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you receive the item(s).

  •  We don't accept the following for refund. 
  • Any Mounting which you've attempted to set. 
  • All items must be in their original baggies or packaging and in the condition you've received it. 

Items Damaged in Shipping

  • JammingGems.com does not ship Damaged items. 
  • If you item is damaged in shipping you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s). 
  • Keep all your packaging. Throw nothing away as you may need it for the claim. 
  • Contact us from the link on the item or through your MyEBay page, with URGENT in the subject and we will help you take care of your claim. 
  • Please be patient as the hands of the Postal Service does not work quickly on a claim.

Items Not Received

  • Please check your My eBay® page for the delivery confirmation number. There's one on every package we ship. 
  • Also check your Email inbox and spam folder, as we sent you an email with all your delivery confirmation information the day we shipped your item. 
  • Our office hours: 10-4 central time (m-f)  We can  always be reached though eBay Messaging.
  • We are closed Weekends and Holidays. 

Taxes and Duty

  • TN. Residents must pay 9.75% Sales Tax. 
  • Customers outside of the USA are responsible for any import duty, taxes, or fee's associated to the delivery of your package.
