About stock:
Some of the products in our stock come from warehouse and stores clearance, 99% of them are brand NEW or ex-display items - hence the low prices comparing with actual retail price from stores. Some of them may have boxes missing or damaged from storage/transport and may come in retail boxes ( But please check the description for each listing as this may not be applicable to all).
About delivery:
We are aiming to deliver our orders as fast as possible, usually they are dispatched within the same day or the next, however the dispatching time for all our orders is setup to 2 days dispatch time as we may not be available to dispatch it fast. We also have updated the delivery service, if you are in a hurry and you want the order faster, choose from delivery list on checkout the Next Day delivery service and it will be dispatched and shipped ASAP, otherwise it will be sent with our usual service specified in the listing.
