Please place your order at least 3 weeks before you need them. It will take 3-4 days to bake, decorate and package depending on the amount of cookies.

-For multiple orders going to different addresses, please place the orders in different tractions.

Baking and Decorating: 

-All cookies are baked with fresh ingredients, such as eggs and dairy. 

-The cookies are 3.5 -4 inches and 6mm in thickness depending on the shape and how big they expand in the oven.

-All cookies are decorated with vanilla Royal Icing.

-All colored icing is mixed by hand, some colors get darker when it dries or lighter when they sit in direct sunlight.

Packaging:

-All cookies are bagged individually with cellophane. The Mailing box is packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap!

SHIPPING:

-All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, anywhere in the US. Usually, it’s 2-3 Day shipping but NOT GUARANTEED!  Once the order is handed to USPS, it is out of my control for their errors and delays!

DISCLAIMER: Please keep in mind, when I send out my cookies they are in perfect condition, I am not liable for the way the box is treated in the progress of the delivery. I make sure to put enough bubble wrap and a -handle with care- sticker. If the cookies arrive broken, let me know and I will try my best to replace them, but I will charge for delivery -I will need proof-. If you don't want to do this option, you can always buy edible glue from Walmart or any craft store!
