Hearth Kitchen's HearthKit 3 piece ceramic oven insert uses your existing gas or electric oven to make great breads, pizza, cakes, cookies, chickens & casseroles. Food comes out faster, looks better & tastes great. The key is heat absorption & redistribution. Cordierite is a sturdy, specialized blend of earthen materials that are fired at over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit. HearthKit features two slightly curved side pieces and a thick tapered base designed to form a chamber like that of a wood burning bee hive or a brick pizza oven.This balances the heat in the oven and releases it back into the food making it possible to safely bake or roast at higher temperatures without burning. Hot and cold spots of the oven are evened out.

The 20 1/2" kit listed here come with three Cordierite  parts which are (1) base plate, (2) curved side pieces & a thermometer.The kits do not come with stainless steel rack,no video or original instructions. I can email you what cooking instructions I found online.  They are new condition & unused. Weighs almost 40 pounds. Pieces are in their original packing material for transport. If you are looking for single replacement pieces, I will have those listed. Hearth Kitchen website is down so you have to either know how to cook with these or seek out the information. These units are hard to find.
