Mugen translates to "without limit", "limitless", or "vast"; hence the word power follows after—Mugen tunes and races Honda vehicles in the Super GT Champion. It won the Formula 3000 championships in 1990 and 1991, eventually leading Honda into Formula 1 in 1992.
