Operation Steps:
1. Put slide piece in fixing hole.
Put slide piece in corresponding fixing hole, press slide piece button and turn 90 degree (see the back of fixing hole), a pin on slide piece will be stuck in the groove.
2. Put tubing in bender
Turn the corresponding size of slide piece to face the former. Insert tubing between slide piece and former. For large size tubings, retract back dented rod can help you insert tubings easily.
3. Bending
Hold tubing with one hand, keep tubing in groove of former, press bender handle with another hand continuously until tubing was bended to a certain degree you need.
CAUTION:
1) Bending degree is no more than 90 degree.
2) When pressing bender handle, if you can hear a click, the dented rod is forwarding. If you didn t hear the click, the dented rod will not forward or it has reached the top.
4. Remove tubing
When tubing was bended and finished, press locating button to retract the dented rod. Then remove tubing from bender.



NOTE:

1) After tubing was bended, it may rebound a little, it may cause the locating button get stuck. Now you need press the handle a little and retract the dented rod, but you should only press the handle little, not too much. If you heard click, that means you press the handle too much, you have to press the handie again.

2) If bender handle or locating were all stuck, use a straight screwdriver and insert in locating button groove, then press the screwdriver.
