You are looking at a used master power window, lock, mirror switch removed from a 2003 Ford F-150 4 door and has a dark grey trim bezel, see pictures. Switch will fit 2002-2004 Ford F-150 trucks only. It will not fit 1997-2001 trucks.  The wire plugs are not the same. See pictures. All switches worked when removed. Condition is Used. We pull all our parts in the day time and test them to make sure they work but cant see if the back lights work, some or all maybe burnout. USPS shipping will be free for lower 48 state only.
