The house is in good shape, clean and smoke-free. When closed, the closing/locking device works on the base but not near the top. The ability to carry is still functional. The hinges work fell without constraints or obstruction. The top carrying handle is secure. Music plays when the switch inside the house is activated. New batteries would be recommended. Window frame one side appear to have a scratch on a window frame. It might be easy to miss because it could like a normal part of a house.
