This is an unplayed 12 inch USA PROMO ELVIS COSTELLO single showcasing the song VERONICA.  This original USA Promo-only single was released in 1989. The vinyl is in mint condition, and has never been played.

The special Promo-only picture sleeve is also in mint condition, see photos. Printed on the front cover are the words PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR SALE.

Promotional records were pressed in very limited numbers and distributed to print media and selected radio stations for review purposes and never sold to the general public.
