You get the 1940s booklet “THE PRIVATEERSMAN” by CAPTAIN MARRYATT and condensed by CHARLES J FINGER… This is NUMBER 483 of the FAMOUS “LITTLE BLUE BOOK” SERIES. These were edited by E. HALDEMAN-JULIUS out of GIRARD, KANSAS. These measure 3 3/8 inches X 5 inches. They generally have somewhere around 60 pages—sometimes more, sometimes less. These do not have photos, only text. They came from the collection of a master collector who put these together in 1950. They are all in excellent condition. Not mint but gently read. This is a wonderful piece and a tough find!!!
