• Phones Returned With An Apple ID.
• Phones that have had repairs completed from an outside source without our authorization.

Additional Warranty Information

• If a handset is returned with an Apple ID, customer cooperation is required to remove it, or the warranty will be voided and no refund issued.
• Phones returned with self-inflicted damage (e.g., cracked screens or camera lenses) will void the warranty and be returned to the customer.
• Replacements will match the cosmetic condition of the returned handset.
• If a handset is uneconomical to repair, a replacement will be issued.
• We are not liable if a handset is irreparable and data cannot be retrieved.
• Warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are available within 30 days under our return policy, not warranty.
• Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition than purchased will be replaced with a similar grade.
• Valid warranty claims will be processed within 0-2 days of receiving the return.
