• Non-Receipt of Items:

  If you have not received your items, please inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we are aware that you haven't received your item, we will conduct a thorough investigation, both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has passed. Investigations into lost parcels may take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued after the investigation is completed.

• Orders Sent by Royal Mail:

  For orders sent via Royal Mail, we generally expect most orders to be received within 1-3 working days after dispatch. However, Royal Mail requires us to wait 15 working days before considering an order as lost in the post, as per their guidelines. While we would like to resolve the issue promptly, we must adhere to this timeline for Royal Mail to deliver.

  If your order still hasn't arrived by the 15th working day, please reach out to us via eBay, and we will conduct an investigation on your behalf.

• Items Damaged in Transit:

  If your item is damaged during transit, we kindly ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (24 hours for our business customers). If items are visibly damaged upon receipt, it's advisable to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Upon receiving the damaged items in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or provide a full refund using your original payment method.
