LORAC PRO Palette Artist Edition Meraki - Meraki is includes 25 LORAC shades that are loved by makeup artists around the world. From neutral browns to glistening golds & soft mauves, ultra-pigmented shadows are as good for the skin as they are gorgeous, with vitamin E, cucumber extract & shea butter. Super-pigmented shadows blend effortlessly onto the lid & last without creasing. Crystalline compound dispersed to hold tightly to the pigments and ensure color clarity throughout the day. Can be used wet for increased intensity. Fragrance-free & gluten-free. Each shade is housed in a magnetic pan. The included LORAC key allows for easy depotting and customization allowing you to organize the shades in the palette anyway you like.

POLICIES

Shipping and Customs

We ship all orders 24 to 48 hours after payment is received. For international shipping, we primarily use DHL. We use other carriers for certain countries.  All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation where possible. If your package has not arrived 20 days after shipping, please contact us. We charge only actual shipping costs. We combine shipping as much as possible.   

All international packages must go through customs. If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase. International buyers are fully responsible for paying customs fees in your country. Customs fees are not shipping fees. We will not pay your customs fees. 

We do not ship packages to every country in the world. There are countries that we do not ship to, because DHL does not provide service to these countries. We also do not ship to countries that have customs regulations against some of the products that we sell. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived 20 days after shipping, please contact us. If you receive a damaged domestic or international package please keep the box and the damaged item and contact us. Less than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost. Our packages are safely packed, so that even if the box is damaged, the products inside the box will be safe.   

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any product. All of our orders are packed by people and checked for accuracy three times before shipping. If you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Please read the full product description and ask all questions before buying any item.
