St Nicholas Square "The Christmas Shop" Illuminated Hand Painted 1999 This vintage piece, from 1999, was originally passed between three generations of the same family that cherished their large Christmas village collections and made them the focal point of their home during the holiday season. However, despite the family owning the building for so long, this piece appears to have been used very minimally and is in great, near-mint condition! The Christmas building does not show any signs of damage, chips, or scratches. The Front Window of the Christmas Shop is lined with candy canes on either side. Small toys and figurines line the top and bottom of the window sill. When illuminated, you can see into the shop through the front display window. Very cute! The original box shows very minimal wear and is still structurally sound, albeit a little dusty! The original interior protective styrofoam is no longer with the original box, so bubblewrap was added and secures The Christmas Shop well inside its 10.5"x9"x10" (LWH) box. The Christmas Shop measures: 9 inches in length, 7.5 inches in width, and 6 inches in height.
