This is a newly manufactured replacement dial glass part for the Pioneer SX-1980 stereo receiver.  It is made from real glass like the original.  All edges are rough finished since they will not be visible after installation.  Please see the return policy below for details on finish level and what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Returns Policy Within 30 days:

• Damage during shipping - Item will be replaced at no additional cost.  If the box appears damaged, please save all packing materials.  I will kindly request photos of all boxes, packing materials, the broken glass and the shipping label so that I can file a damage claim with the shipper.
• Damage during installation - We are not able to offer returns or refunds for damage during installation, so be careful.  
• Sizing errors - If I send you the wrong size, I'll send the correct one at no additional charge. If you ordered the wrong size, I'll be happy to refund your purchase upon the successful return of the part at your expense. You can then order the correct size. Note: the new glass may not be the exact same size as the original, but it will fit the opening without modification to the frame or surround.
• Workmanship - The manufacturing process will sometimes leave a frosted edge and can leave some bumps and blemishes on the edge of the glass.  Since the edge of the glass is not visible when installed, these imperfections are not removed unless they pose an installation or safety hazard. Returns will not be accepted for defects within 1/8" of the glass edge including the hole.  All other defects should be photographed and once verified will be eligible for replacement at no additional charge.
• International Returns -   The above policies apply to international orders as well, however all returns will need to be processed as a refund and you will need to reorder.
