You are purchasing a GI Joe Blizzard (1988) MOC.   This is brand new and unopened.  This has been kept a container since purchased and is from a pet-free and smoke free home.

This item will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed in a box.  The box will then be placed in another box for shipping to ensure that there will be no damage to the figure.
