This is a vintage plush toy.  This is Scooby-Doo from Warner Brothers Mystery Machine TV Cartoons.  Plush figure is 12" in height, and has collar, sunglasses, and a tie dyed shirt.  He was made in China for Applause.  Toy is in very good condition.  There are no off odors.
