HBDJ book, "London has a Garden", by Clemence Dane, by Norton, 1964?? (only date), 211 pages with few b/w illustrations.  Book is in good shape, some light wear, ex-lib book with stamps/stickers/pocket and mylar cover ,binding is good, some yellowing, clean pages.  An interesting book.  Let me know if you have any questions.
