Fitting Instructions:

1.   1. Before inserting the ear plugs, make sure your hands are clean and dry.

2.   2. Take one ear plug out of its packaging and roll it between your fingers to compress it.

3.   3. Reach over your head with the opposite hand and pull your ear up and out to straighten the ear canal.

4.   4. Carefully insert the ear plug into your ear canal, making sure it goes in far enough to provide a seal.

5.   5. Hold the ear plug in place for a moment until it expands to fit the shape of your ear canal.

6.   6. Repeat the proves for the other ear.

7.   7. Inspect the ear plugs occasionally to make sure they are still providing a good seal.

It is also important to note that ear plugs should be replaced when they become dirty or worn, and they should be discarded after the end of their useful life.
