This is a gently used NATIONAL BASEBALL HALL OF FAME 65TH ANNIVERSARY (1939-2004) COMMEMORATIVE POCKET WATCH. The case and chain were made in China, assembled in China. The watch movement was made in Japan. @ 2004 National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum, Inc. See the pics for further details. The watch is gently used (most likely) with the plastic still on the clear glass watch face and the clasp at the end of the chain. It comes in the original tin case in the original box with 2 little HOF insert booklets. The tin is in very good condition but has a little oxidation around it. The box is a little distressed and stained as well. Due to the age of this item (made in 2004, it's now 19 years old as of this writing), I'd speculate that the battery needs to be replaced. I leave that up to the next owner. I personally wouldn't wear it or use it as my collectibles are strictly for display and storing safely. I'll repeat, the flimsy little box has a little damage, staining, scuffs, dings, wear & tear, etc., around it. This item was wrapped & stored in a plastic tub for years. Now it's time for a new home.
