A very good condition (See pictures) Cows Ice Cream "Sidney Cowsby" Advertising / Promotional Card which is a parody for Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins.  Not sure when this was issued. Card comes from a company on Prince Edward Island in Canada. Measures 2 1/4 x 6 3/4".
