Once the item has been connected to your vehicle, it will be considered a used item and subject to return conditions for used items.
- Returns are only accepted if all items in the box are in unused condition, and the original packaging is undamaged.
- Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is used, connected to a vehicle, or not in the condition it was delivered, it will be deemed a damaged item.
- Refund deductions of up to 50% may apply, depending on the item's condition, brand, and value.
