  • Make sure you consult an expert with regards to the diagnosis and installation of modules, ECU kits, radios, and navigation units before purchasing.
  • In the event that the unit we have provided does not resolve your problem, you will not be able to return it - returns will only be accepted for items that are deemed faulty. 
  • Upon being informed that a unit we have provided you is faulty, and requesting a return, you must send us a copy of the invoice which proves that the unit was installed by a competent technician, as well as a copy of the diagnostic scan results. You may be denied your claim if you do not comply with this requirement.

Payment

  • Payment must be made within 2 days of winning the auction.
  • If you cannot pay for the item within 2 days of winning the auction please contact us.
  • If payment is not made we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.

Warranty

  • Grant Walker Parts will give you a minimum 6 months parts warranty on this part. This means if the part becomes faulty, we will supply you with another one or fix the one you have. This warranty does not include labour or freight.
  • We will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income due to the failure of any part sold.
  • No responsibility whatsoever is accepted by the company for the fitment of incorrect parts, this onus is clearly with the fitter to ensure that the parts supplied are correct for that particular job.
  • All warranties will become void if part or parts are installed in an incorrect or unprofessional manner.
  • Engine warranty applies to the bare unit only, any accessory items supplied with the unit are for your convenience only and are not covered
  • Warranty does not extend to consumables i.e. gaskets, filters, plugs etc., nor does it cover oil leaks. This is the responsibility of the fitter
  • Engine warranties will become void if unit is overheated, ensure cooling is in good order.
  • We recommend that you carry out replacement of timing belts and oil seals before installation. Failure to do so may void warranty.
