This Blenko piece first appeared in the 1983 catalog.  It is a crackle finish and has blue rings from the base of the neck to the top rim (see photos). 

This piece measures 6.75" tall and is about 5.50" wide.

It has some scuff marks on the base (see photos).  There are air bubbles in the glass (see photos). The label is peeling up on the edges (see photos).
