This is an unused photo album from Kure, Japan. The front of the album shows a Japanese scene including Mount Fuji in the background. The scene is inlaid with with what appears to be mother of pearl as accents (see condition). Inside the front cover is handwritten ' Kure, Japan, 1953', probably the year it was purchased. Kure was a very important shipbuilding city and was heavily bombed by the U.S. Navy during WW II. Today it is a tourist attraction. The album has not been used; it has 22 pages with a waxed type paper between each page. The photos are of the item you will receive and are part of the description.
