How does it work?
1. Send us your photo via Ebay or E-mail us a high quality photo. If possible, please send us several various photos for our reference.
2. Describe clearly all adjustments you would like us to make to your image as we translate it to the canvas. Example: Your clothing can be changed, hair, background or others can be added or changed. You can add or change something or someone in/into the picture. You can take people from different photos and combine them to make one canvas. You can choose any masterpiece portrait painting and use your face to substitute the original one. You can add color to old black and white photos.
3. When we receive your photos and custom sizes, we will tell you the total cost. When you accept the total cost, you will pay a 50% advance payment and the balance will be paid before shipping.
4. Allow 2-8 weeks for project completion. Your paintings will arrive rolled in a shipping tube. You can have the painting stretched by a local art supply shop and get their advice concerning the frame.
Except for portraits, if you need any other reproductions of masterpiece or any original paintings:
- Your hand-painted oil portrait will be treasured as a timeless family heirloom and can also be given as an ultimate gift to your family and friends.
- Every canvas portrait comes unstretched and unframed, it will be shipped rolled in a tube. Framing service is available upon request, please contact for quotes.
Refund Policy
This is the link to pay the deposit. Once the painter starts painting, the deposit is non-refundable. Unless the completed painting does not meet the buyer's requirements.
