1969 Topps #75 ROOKIE card of former Houston Cougars & Houston Rockets star and Hall of Famer Elvin Hayes.  Card is professionally graded Mint (with qualifier) by PSA - PSA 9 OC (PSA #07186185).  PSA Case has minor scratches and scuffs on it.

Given the way I protect the cards, all of my shipments are now considered packages (not letters or envelopes) and I have to physically take them into the post office to be metered! Since I only go to the post office once a week, please allow for 2-3 weeks shipping for your package to arrive, regardless of payment method.
