This is the rack sleeve from a Delta 22-580 planer.  Delta no. 899333.  This shaft changes the feed speeds for the planer.  It includes the washer, spring washer, and screw.  There are no returns on used parts.  If you have any questions please contact me first. Fully functional and working when removed.   Shipping on this item is free via USPS or UPS.  I do combine shipping wherever possible.
