Burke Studio Art Pottery Stoneware Baby Blue Woth Flying Birds Covered Canister.

This canister was made by James Burke in Millers Mills New York. It is signed on the bottom.

It is a beautiful baby blue color with 2 flying birds carved into the stoneware with circle also cut into the stoneware with a lid that has a round open knob (see photos). The lid rim and the rim of the canister are stoneware with no glaze (see photos).

It measures about 9" tall with the lid on and is 6" round.  

It has no chips or cracks.  There are some glaze bubbles that are open (see photos).
