Vintage Hand Blown Glass Light Pink Hand Painted Decanter Bottle With Stopper

I couldn't find any chips or cracks in the bottle itself, the stopper has some chips on it. The gold detailing is faded in some areas and there is what looks like a sticker remnant - this may be able to be cleaned off, I'm not sure.

The detailing on the light pink portion of the decanter is a bit raised giving the bottle a nice textured feel. 

Bottom of the bottle is marked "63" it is kind of hard to see in the pictures though.
