Understated elegance : Universal Potteries wheat pattern tabbed cake plate or serving platter measures about 11 5/8" from tab to tab. Universal's ballerina mark ("Union Made in USA") on underside, along with the note that the pattern won't fade, it is Permacal. Probably 1950s.
Condition: Very nice condition, a glaze pop or two on the underside, one tiny spot of stray paint, in the making, near rim. Some minor loss of the gold trim along rim.
