Small goody bags from when I was kid. These are about 4 inches across and 6 inches tall.

Each package has 40 count

Colors are super vibrant. I kept some so I can confirm these are paper. They do have date on front. Back is plain. The second to last is pic of one I kept which is out of package.

The package on back of one without the price tag was a little stuck to the other one so some orange color on clear back . see last pic.
