- Choose the design required and add this into the personalise box - if no design is put in the box, we shall prepare in red and ivory roses as per the first listing image.

event a special and long-lasting one!
❒ Delivery
All our items are
dispatched via DPD, ParcelForce or Royal Mail. Dispatch time can vary between orders so if an item is time precious please get in touch. We will aim to get most orders out the same week.
Full tracking is available to your
door with a 1 hour time slot on most orders!
Need an item sooner? - Send us a message and we can see what we can do. We know it matters and we know some events can be time precious.
➤ Shipping
We strive to get all our personalised items sent to you as quickly as possibly as we know some orders can be time precious. Delivery time slots will be allocated by the courier on most orders and you will be informed of this via your mobile phone number or email address that you have provided whilst placing the order. A time slot will be given to make it easier for you to be able to accept your order.
If you need your item urgently(same day, next day, weekend), please contact us and we will get your item ready as soon as possible if possible. Saturday delivery before 12pm(order before 10am Friday) - £20
➥ Returns
Here at mySilkFlowers we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction with a 5 star service. If you feel that things have not gone this way then please get in touch and we WILL make it right for you.
We allow returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery to you.
If an item is faulty or not as described then we will accept the return and also pay for the postage costs. If you have changed your mind (don't worry we all do!), you can send your item back but we ask that you do so using a secure and tracked delivery service. We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the delivery cost as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.
When sending an item back to us, please include your full name and address and contact us prior to returning the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items due to the fact that they have been personalised for your taste.
