Volcann™ SMASHA Portable BBQ & Smashburger Grill
Looking to make the tastiest Smashburgers around? The Volcann SMASHA Portable BBQ & Smash Burger Grill has been designed with Smashburgers in mind. It features an easy-clean Stainless steel Grilltop that lets you make an amazing Smashburger, grill some bacon or veggies and serve up lush, home-cooked food.
The portable nature of this BBQ makes it perfect for taking on adventures, whether you are going on a camping holiday, heading off to a music festival or even just fancy a cookout in the garden. It can be completely dismantled and reconstructed in minutes making it easy to move and easy to take with you where needed.
Inside the BBQ you can place two sacrificial Stainless Steel trays, these exist to help protect the powdercoated sides and main body of the BBQ, helping maintain the integrity of the BBQ.
The Volcann SMASHA is designed and manufactured by Smashburger enthusiasts in the UK using heavy duty British Steel.
WHAT IS A SMASH BURGER?
The idea behind a Smashburger is that instead of letting a big, thick burger sit on the grill to cook, you add the burger meat to a sizzling hot grilltop and smash it down with a burger press as it cooks for the first few seconds. The combination of high heat and heavy pressure helps to create a crispy and well-browned burger that cooks extremely fast.
After cooking for 90 seconds or so, you should add some cheese and cook it for another 2 minutes before serving it in a crispy brioche bun.
The end result is a delicious caramelised flavour and a juicy burger. The Volcann SMASHA is designed to get you these results with ease.
NEED THE FULL KIT?
We recommend purchasing the full SMASHA kit which comes with the BBQ itself, but also essential tools for the Smashburger cooking process.
The Stainless Steel Burger Press will allow you to press down on that burger when it has been placed on the grill. Whilst the Stainless Steel Burger Flipper allows you to flip the burger in the cooking process, and serve up the food easily. With both being Stainless Steel, they are safe to stick in the dishwasher and easy to clean with warm and soapy water.
