1. Is this the BEST PRICE for the item?
ANS: If there is a "Best Offer" option, you may send in your best offer for our consideration. You may also send in your offers for items without "Best Offer" option, for our consideration.
2. Do you ship to my country?

3. How do I find out the tracking details for my package?
ANS: You may find your tracking info for the purchase under "Purchase History", "full tracking details"
4. I did not receive my item
ANS: For items that have been sent via Registered Air Mail (with tracking number and signatory confirmation), you may check the tracking info to find out where the item is currently at, there is also a high chance that when the postman attempted delivery, there was no authorized recipient around to receive the package, under the global postal standards, the postal service will either attempt delivery the next working day or leave a note at your mailbox or house stating that they've failed to deliver the item to you, and require you to either select a redelivery date or pick it up at the local post office nearest to you. If you did not get any note from your postman, please do contact your local postal service with the tracking number for the package to get them to assist you in retrieving the package.
5. Can I cancel my order?
ANS: If the order has not been sent out, yes we can cancel the order for you and send you a refund. However if the order has already been sent out, we will not be able to cancel the order, and the only way to cancel it is to send the item back to us and we'll also send you back your refund!
