Our “New Other” machines are new, unused products that will show cosmetic damage, typically caused during transit from a previous failed delivery.

Packaging may be repaired, replaced, plain brown-boxed, black-wrapped, or show signs of damage, but the product itself remains in full working condition.

All standard accessories are included unless otherwise stated in the listing. We provide a 12-month domestic-use warranty, covering any faults resulting from manufacturing defects.

Most common cosmetic damage occurring are scratches, bent panels, dents in wheels or damage to the mesh (see images).
