Source of Items: All trains come from collections, so that the item's history is usually unknown. The items are auctioned EXACTLY as received from the collections. We conduct many sales on ebay and elsewhere, and we don't have the staff, equipment, or facilities to test the items, so all items are sold untested. All KNOWN conditions (features, characteristics, flaws, and other pertinent information) are disclosed in the description. We make no claims about the train's operational capabilities (how well, or even if, the train works), and we make no such claims, either expressed or implied. Although many of the items are new or like new, because the item history is unknown, everything is offered "AS IS, WHERE IS". Returns are not allowed.
