Shipping: We ship Monday thru Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm central standard time. Once payment is received, UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS shipments will usually ship within one business day. Freight items will usually ship 2-3 business days after payment to allow for palletizing. When your shipment arrives, it is your responsibility to check for damage and make a note of the damage with the shipping company before they leave your location. All freight claims are to be dealt with through the shipping company.
