This item is a very nice 1950's vintage Siera Vista Ceramic Cookie Jar with a colorful embossed rooster on it.  This jar will look great in your kitchen and will make you smile.  Can be used for cookies or as a flour canister.  There is some minor crazing and the rooster has some , shallow chips that look like white speckles. He is still looks grand!  (Please see pics).  Great decorative lid, a very nice vintage piece that you will enjoy for years.  Thank you for looking.
