I've only seen this type of tuner on some late 60's Chet Atkins Country Gentleman models. Please do your own research and check the original screw holes in your guitar to see if they're right for you.  Shows wear, and loss of gold plating but working properly. I think that these were made by Van Ghent as they are very similar to Van Ghent made tuners that I have seen on other Gretsches. Screws not included. Sorry, I don't have them. You may not receive the exact same tuner as pictured, but it will be in same or better condition.
