This is an ornament that is 24kt gold plated brass. It is a 22 cent postage stamp commemorating San Jacinto, TX. On the back side is an explanation of the battle for San Jacinto and its outcome. The box has not been opened. It came to me taped to another box. In removing the tape I was unable to get all of the tape glue off the plastic container. It is new condition otherwise.
