      HOW TO APPLY:

      1.     Apply a coat of MISKEEN magnetic Eyeliner as your regular eyeliner, and let it dry for 2 to 3 minutes.

      2.     Add a 2nd coat, Fore better results

      3.   Please allow 3 to 5 minutes for to become completely dry. 

      4.    Starting with the inner corner, gently hold lashes to eye. Lash will jump to the magnetic liner. Place the rest of the lash on liner.


      Please follow the instructions to get good results.

       Shake well before use for best application.
