This is a 1999 hardcover edition of Dylan Thomas' "Under Milk Wood: A Play For Voices." This is a beautiful Folio edition published in the UK, with illustrations (lithographs) by Ceri Richards. Mr. Thomas was still writing "Under Milk Wood" as a radio production when he died in 1953 (in New York City) at the age of 39. Douglas Cleverdon provides an Introduction to the book. Mr. Cleverdon (who died in 1987) ultimately produced "Under Milk Wood" for BBC Radio in 1954. This book comes with a slipcase (please refer to the photos).
