This Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble was manufactured in November 1980 according to the Boss Pedal Serial Decoder. It is also well known to be used by Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante.

Not only can it be used as a chorus, but it is also an excellent preamplifier.

This CE-1 has been manufactured for over 40 years, but it works very well.We have confirmed the sound output with cable and amplifier. It works fine.

This product is designed to be optimized for 100V. In 120V / AC regions such as the United States, it is required to use a step-down transformer.
