The Fork Hole Plug offers a range of benefits for your fork hole such as; Blocks water and mud from entering your steerer tube hole from riding and washing upside down. Stopping corrosion and failure of your star fangle nut / headset bearing preload. A wide range of hole plugging capability with it's expanding silicone rubber tube design.

From 30mm up to a gaping 38mm internal diameter measurement! Creates a prison style stash area for your precision trail trinkets. Such as tools, cash, lube, cable ties, sweets, gels etc. Easy to use coloured wing screw to fit and remove, pre lubed for a smooth and easy user experience.

Stainless steel (A2/304) screw and nut, they won’t go rusty on you!

Fits majority of forks with 1.5 inch lower bearing, not internal oval steerer tubes. Smaller sizes available soon and at special request, just take a picture and a few measurements for me. Weighs in at only 30 grams! 40mm outer flange diameter max. 

Simple self assembly flat pack design ensures the most cost effective postage costs for you! Installation note - after turning the wing screw to expand the rubber tube so it touch the sides of your fork hole then push it in firmly up to the flange! Then you only need to turn the wing screw 2 full turns! Pull on it hard to test it has gripped in there tight, over tightening it too much till the top and bottom meet may in the long term damaged them.
