If you haven't received the item within the estimated timeframe, please get in contact as soon as possible. It's possible the item will be sat waiting at a local depot and we can get delivery rearranged. Alternatively, it will mean we can get a replacement out to you sooner, if that is the necessary action.
Note: Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require shipping surcharges. If you choose US Ground shipping for any of these provinces, it will put the order on hold until further payment is received.
