This is item no. 18413.  This is a table saw insert for the following saws:  Delta right tilt 10" Uni saw and contractor saw,, some Grizzly's, Powermatic 63, and some imports.  The size is 1/2" x 3-3/4" x 13-3/8".  Measure your opening first.  The insert has 4 leveling screws and the allen wrench.  Made in USA.
