Original WWII SCHWAAB S & S Collectible





The pin front portion is an American Eagle over a bar that reads "1941 ARMY MANEUVERS" 

The bottom portion reads "NATIONAL DEFENDERS OF THE U.S.A."


With a gold tone metal insert featuring a Soldier on the front.  

Backside features a 5/8 inch gold tone metal insert with a tiny print of the "Our Father" prayer.


Measures approximately 1 ½ inches wide by 2 1/ inches tall. 


Silver color metal is not magnetic.   I have no way to test what it is made of.

The Northwestern Stamp Company was founded in Milwaukee by Andrew Schwaab.   Schwaab's early business was in the metal engraving area, where highly skilled engravers fashioned unique badges of all kinds. In 1888, the company incorporated and changed its name to Schwaab Stamp and Seal Company.
